Order Tracking

Once we receive your order, it generally takes us 2-3 working days to prepare and pack your order. All our orders are shipped out approximately within 3-5 days after payment. Depending on your shipping method, sea shipment takes around 35-40 days, and air freight takes 7-10 days. Your tracking number will become available after the vessel departs, and we will send it to you immediately once we obtain it. You may then track your shipment using this tracking number.

Please note: Tracking information will only become available once the cargo arrives at the destination port. There will be no tracking number before this period, but our salesperson will send you related photos of your package. Please message us directly should you have any question on your order status.
