Order Tracking

All orders are prepared, quality-checked, and shipped within 7~9 days after payment.

Estimated delivery times from payment to arrival, including the 7~9 days of preparation, are:

  • Sea shipping: 30~35 days total
  • Air shipping: 10~15 days total

We will send you your tracking number as soon as it becomes available. For sea shipments, tracking numbers typically become available after the vessel departs; carrier tracking updates may not appear until the cargo reaches the destination port.

While tracking updates are pending, our salesperson can share photos of your package. Please message us directly if you have any questions about your order status.
